Atlas stones, log press, circus dumbell, axle bar, sandbag, tires, jerk blocks, yoke, kegs, crash pads, Olympic bars and rubber plates, Dinnie stone rings and loadable post, keg toss sand bags, more on the way.
The gym owner competes in strongman as well and is excited about growing the community. The gym hosts (non association affiliated) events for strongman, powerlifting, CrossFit, and an ADA fit and able competition as well as organizing groups to attend affiliated competitions for the above as well as bodybuilding and spartan races.
